EMPLOYMENT
Today's workplace brings new challenges and issues to both employers and employees. Employment law is a broad legal area that includes all areas of the employer/employee relationship, either union or non-union. Much of the employment laws were created to protect both employees and employers and include areas of:
-
Employment Contracts
-
Employment Tax Assessment
-
Worker's Rights / Workers' Compensation
-
Wrongful Termination / Non-compete Agreements
-
Severance Agreements
-
Discrimination Complaints
-
Confidentiality Agreements
